1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using OmegaLabz software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Payment and Cryptocurrency Transactions

2.1 No-Fault Policy for Payment Errors

IMPORTANT: OmegaLabz operates a strict no-fault policy regarding cryptocurrency payment errors. This means:

If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for the loss of funds.
If you send the wrong amount, we are not responsible for refunding the difference.
If you send the wrong cryptocurrency type (e.g., sending BTC to an ETH address), we are not responsible for the loss.
It is your responsibility to verify the correct wallet address, amount, and cryptocurrency type before sending any payment.

We strongly recommend double-checking all payment details before completing any transaction. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, and we cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

2.2 Payment Confirmation

After making a payment, you must provide:

The transaction hash (TXID)
Your payment email address
The product you purchased

License activation typically occurs within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Delays may occur if payment information is incomplete or incorrect.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of gaming software products (GPC scripts), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
License keys are immediately generated and activated upon purchase
The nature of gaming software makes it impossible to verify non-use
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

4. License and Usage

4.1 License Grant

Upon successful payment, OmegaLabz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased software product on a single device, as identified by your Hardware ID (HWID).

4.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Share, distribute, or resell the software or license keys
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Use the software on multiple devices without purchasing additional licenses
Modify or create derivative works based on the software
Use the software for any illegal purposes or in violation of game terms of service

4.3 License Transfer

License transfers to a new device may be requested through our support system. Transfers are subject to verification and may take 24-48 hours to process. We reserve the right to deny transfer requests if abuse is suspected.

5. Hardware ID (HWID) Binding

Each license is bound to a specific Hardware ID (HWID) for security purposes. If your HWID changes due to significant hardware modifications, you may need to request a license transfer. Minor hardware changes typically do not affect your HWID.

6. Software Updates and Support

OmegaLabz provides updates to maintain compatibility with game updates.(If needed for functionality) However, we do not guarantee:

Immediate compatibility with new game patches
Continuous support for discontinued products
Compatibility with all hardware configurations

Support is provided through email and typically responds within 24-48 hours. Support does not include assistance with game-specific issues unrelated to our software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

OmegaLabz does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMEGALABZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

9. Game Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our software complies with the terms of service of the games you are playing. OmegaLabz is not responsible for any consequences resulting from violations of game terms of service, including but not limited to account bans or suspensions.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our software:

In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
To gain unfair advantages in competitive gaming where such use is prohibited
In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

11. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and related materials are the exclusive property of OmegaLabz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing a license.

12. Termination

OmegaLabz reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

13. Changes to Terms

OmegaLabz reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
